This is a service agreement (“contract”) between Sue Langenberg (“Creator”) and the undersigned (“Client”) executed by the Client on this day of ________________________.  The Creator is engaged in the service of syndicating written columns to print/internet publications.  The Creator will forward via email the “Hot Flashes” column each week no later than Monday a.m. beginning the week of _____________ and each consecutive week for 10 weeks through week of _______________ .  The Creator is a contributing artist and will perform all service acts including delivery, fee, negotiations, billing and collections.

    Client agrees not to rent, sell, provide, or otherwise dispose of any column provided by Creator with the exception of one-time print rights assigned by Creator as per this agreement.  Additional distribution, print, and electronic rights may be granted by Creator, for an additional fee, upon written request by Client.

    Client agrees to prepay $20, check payable to Sue Langenberg, pursuant to this agreement, with the first column to arrive to the Client the first week following receipt of payment.

    This service agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties for the period of 10 weeks beginning _________________ and ending __________________ it is subject to cancellation only as provided above, and it may not be altered or varied by oral agreement or representatives of any third party.
